During the beginning of the pandemic, I was home, yet working, yet schooling my little girl. It was all at once. My focus was to keep in all of the love, not let any of it float away. Is that sustainable? I had my breaking points, and then I would reach out, grab it back again. One way in which I took control was to write and draw. I am a fiber artist, but I had no energy for it, yet I still needed to move my hands. I could observe, I could reflect, and use this time to remember for a future, better time. Hold on to the love, with each flick of the pencil. I'm still continuing my daily path of writing which is at @rsiemering on Instagram.
